I am doing good, and you?
Yesterday it was 106 with a heat index of 108! Way to hot. I am doing super good. My SS4 is at home sitting there waiting for me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />. So my little over an hour drive is going to feel like 2 haha. And man 108 that is really hot!

Not bad Steely just relaxing on my lunch break. Either of you pick up a 511? I ordered one but had to cancel it for now. I may order one next friday on payday. But I really feel the need to get a good backpack and start a B.O.B.

I walk/run 3 miles everday from 2:30 to 3:30 in the heat of the day. Makes me STRONG LIKE BULL!!

I walk/run 3 miles everday from 2:30 to 3:30 in the heat of the day. Makes me STRONG LIKE BULL!! Dang. I tried running last week when it was like 98 degrees with 30 some odd humidity or higher and its was super rough.
