Knife Knut here is some light reading if you are a fisherman! in short this is the only fish native to this area (The Tularosa Basin is the next valley over). It live in Hyper Saline water (saltier than ocean water) and its only found in a couple springs and a river that jumps out of the Malpais (Lava Flows) and goes for 2.5 miles before it dissapears back in the desert). Had the day off today and had fun tinkering in the hobby room. Finally converted my HK45 & 45c to V9 configuration (no decock) and put some Express Big Dot sights on the compact. We'll have to see how they do for these middle age eyes.

Nice should be a nice shooter. I know the nite sights on my Sig are a little dim.
Personally I love the Decocker. Its a great safety feature.

For that matter lets talk about polymer guns. I love the way some off them feel but I guarantee if I pistol whip someone with my 229 they are gonna know it. The polymer guns just don't feel the same!

Love my steel 1911s, but the HK45C is my EDC now. But I am so acustomed to shooting with my thumb on the safety, that ocasionally it would decock during firing. Problem solved now. Am very comfortable with cocked and locked carry. And could still carry hammer down with or witout safety, if I was so inclined.
