Not to bad, it has cooled down a lot. It got down to 67 last night and only in the mid 80's during the day. Can't wait until the highs are only in the 70's or even the 60's! My kind of weather!

For a real cheese steak you need a soft long roll, some fried up very thinly sliced steak and browned onions and some american cheese, really all there is to it. Its amazing how so many places even in this city can screw it up <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Mostly I think it gets messed up because they don't use the right bread or try to fancy it up with all kinds of expensive gourmet ingredients. It has to be sloppy, greasy and taste like the griddle that has cooked a million before it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

MD, YUP that's the kind I had! It was GOOD! (well they actually, I was there for two and a half years). And there was this Gyro joint as well!

The worst Cheese steak I ever had was in Philly. Skunk is was 48 last night. It has finally cooled off a bit.

I had a little place in Edgewood MD that made a mean cheese steak. There are a few decent places out here but its just not the same.

first Gyro I ever tasted was a little hole in the wall in a strip mall just off base at Offutt in Omaha. I fell in love!

LOL, I'm hoping it stays cooler and brings the elk back down from the high, high country for archery season.

I've never hunted with a bow. When I was playing with them compounds were a new thing and WAY expensive. Re-curves ruled the day when I was messing with them.
