I do most of the cooking but my wife is a great cook but work hours force me to do the cooking but I love it. My wife loves to bake more than cook regular meals.

I don't mind cooking. I actually enjoy it. But one thing that l can't do is grill. I burn everything I touch.

Grillings tough especially burgers, I do ok but from time to time things happen <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> I do steaks, chicken breast and I do smoke pork shoulders on the grill.

I want a Big Green Egg. Buddy of mine has one and he says its so easy to cook on one that anybody can do it.

I've seen them in books but never looked into it. My wife wants a brick oven so I'm looking into building one in the back of the house.

Never tried a brick oven.

Uses wood or coal but I think for home I'll stick to wood fired. They are basically a wood fired oven, great for breads, pizza and all roasting.

Sounds interesting. I need a patio or a deck to have much of anything outside..

Thinking I'm going to be needing some sheaths soon, hopefully I'll be able to get out to the workbench soon.

I need a bunch of sheaths. Really want one for the War Dog, dark leather with rattle snake inlay. Rest of them, probably kydex.

I'm not as fond of kydex, but it is very utilitarian.

I have kydex for several knives and a couple leather. I never got into the inlaid stuff but there is some sweet looking stuff out there.
