Yeah, I would rather take a lesser salary and be happy. I like what I am doing now. Still got the pucker factor of the military and got a really good boss (the Sheriff) to work for. That's all that matters. The day I got laid off (November 11, 2008) from the financial services company I worked for, in retrospect, was one of the beat days of my life.

Depending on how often you get paid, that could be a lot of knives! (ya trying to catch up with Tom?) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Bi-Weekly. I don't even make that much considering where I live. I make about half as much as I did in my last job as a financial analyst. That was the worst job I ever had. Half the money + 10x the happiness is worth it. I'm jealous of the bi-weely blade scores Being miseriable at work sucks for sure but I case that's why it's called work and not vacation. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
