JYD runs are fun, but you'll get there without it. Just takes a little longer. Not a big deal, unless it is to you.

Look at my registered date and my JYD date. More than a year between the two.

don't have kids but I will say that as a kid it took me years to figure out my dad took everything too seriously. I would suggest your time is better spent showing your boy how to do right than pointing out that he's not doing it right. you might even mess around and learn something. either way you still gotta mow the grass. math teachers have to do math to teach it... years later some kid realizes what the z and y was and it all makes sense right?

but i remember those days. my dad would ask if was gonna cut the yard but his tone was was more doubtful than just asking i think. so my response was probably more likely to sound like a "maybe" than a yes. I actually enjoyed mowing the lawn but im sure my dad thought i didnt. I also tried to do a really good job but i could care less about how my dad cut grass. plus my dad does ragged loops but I liked to do lines. he probably told me a few times I was doing it wrong but I still think my way was visually more appealing. I took that as a win since I can draw and in have never seen my dad draw a straight line.
