Could be but also remember that your sprain will take awhile to heal even if it feels okay.

The first 5 minutes on them I thought I was going to crash and burn, Then I found the way to balance and its pretty easy to walk around. I have jumped a little bit but I plan on using them a bunch more before I start getting stupid.
