I don't know why I haven't been sleeping good lately. I think I'm gonna start sleeping in the back bedroom and black out the windows, see if that helps me.

Beer works for me. I drink so very little one beer knocks me out. Also anytime I have a milkshake the sugar rush makes me cash even faster..... wait what if I had a beer shake?

Sometimes I'll take a Benedryl and drink a beer when I get home, that'll put me out for the day. But I have SUCH a headache when I wake up it really isn't worth it.
