The mudder handle is my favorite out of anything out there. It would be awesome to get a chopper with it. I think the hots spots would be gone.

I know these are all limited run knives. But I would use the heck out of a bird dog or weiner dog cutting up bait for halibut fishing. Maybe an 8" 154cm fillet knife. We could call it the salmon dog.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chum_salmon

Chum is still great tasting fish and I have seen it for sale at Pike's market for top dollar as king or red. It is often used as sled dog food here in Alaska. So a fillet knife called the salmon dog. Would be fitting for this yard.

What do you guys think? Mudder handle fillet knife!!!!

Tundra, I love the Mudder grips. You are right on the Bird Dog and or the Wiener Dog. The WD will be easier to find. At the AG Russel show there were a few, I picked an extra one for a friend. Anyway here is my MPLE and a sheath from Rainwalker.

Here is #142!

Did anyone here originally have this one? The only flaw I see and I assume it is from grinding is that it looks like someone used it on a faro rod. Right near the back of the handle on the spine. This thing is the perfect size. Very good companion to my SOD and dogfather. Also the edge needs some work. Not as sharp as my SR77 knives out of the box. I have also come to realize that I might like SR77 better than INFI. I can get it very sharp by hand, very quickly just stropping and it holds an amazing edge. I dare not say that on the other side but figured I am safe here. I really wish I could get a basic 11 with SR77

Anyone have any sheaths pics with leather. I will probably make a kydex or send several I need sheaths for down to Eric Lind. But if anyone has a pic of leather that would be cool.

Here's a pic of some Mudder handled Scrappers, the Mud Puppy is the second from the left.

Do you still have that Muppy Jeff? Because I SWEAR mine is the same production number (it's either that or #38). I'll have to check when I get home, I left it there because I was testing concealability of a new defensive knife today and didn't carry it, but I coulda swore...
