Hi all,
after 3 days cloudy and rainy, finally today we had chance for a small walk, just 3 hours walking on the mountain around, let's start...

this is the "Tilman route", I guess this could interest you UK guys, Bill Tilman was a brave british officier who collaborate whit italians partisans on this area on WWII against fascists and nazi, a good man

Beautiful country here. I have often wondered about WWII in your area and today you mention some resistance to the Fascist regimes. Was there a lot of fighting there?

Alfredo, again very nice pictures of very beautiful countryside. I wish that I was there with my wife exploring the area. Thank you.

@sumoj275 thanks mate: yes thi is an area where was a lot of fighting, both in WWI and in WWII. In fact, is not unusual find some old bullet or other military pieces here, me I found several sharpnel of WWI just walking on the mountains here around.
