I got to thinking, I have never really ate any mushrooms.....are they any good, what do they taste like, recipes?

Thanks Alfredo. When I was a kid in California,we would find the hair worms in puddles.we called them Horse Hair Worms.

I got to thinking, I have never really ate any mushrooms.....are they any good, what do they taste like, recipes? Mushrooms taste amazing... depending on what kind of mushrooms and cooking ability of course...any mushrooms are good fried, others grilled, others with pasta or rice, others just fresh with some oil and lemon
