Sumo, the spine does appear to be polished. I will confirm when it arrives. Private Klink, I am already making plans to carry it as often as possible!! congrats on the weiler, it is probably my favorite busse kin blade. I really wish I had a second so I could use mine, awesome, would be great if the Swamp did a retro series and brought those and the Mastiff's back

Congrats! that is a nice knife. I have been wanting a Ratweiler and a NMSFNO but I've been unable to find any...I guess they are both coveted blades that not many folks want to let go of (weiner dog too). <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Maybe someday i will get lucky and find one or the other. Congrats on getting the Ratweiler, one of the coolest midsized choppers ever made. I am surprised anybody ever parts with them. Until the NMSFNO came out, it was King of my midsized choppers. Great knife. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
