I like the DFLE best, but any Dog Father would be fine. Limited Editions rule!

How about a chop off between those three while we wait? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Also what better about the DFLE? I just have the CG

Much to my chagrin,I don't make enough money to buy these on the secondary (or tertiary) market ...and NEVER see 'em for sale 'til they're gone....so if Dumpster Dan doesn't make more,I'm outta luck!

I think I have done a chop off between every darned chopper I own at one time or another. I plan on selling off some of them. The CG is just fine. Back in 2007 I stripped and sanded my DF. I wanted one in satin finish. I'm just not big on painted blades. Well about the time I finally got my DF looking pretty good, Dan brought out the DFLE. I loved it. It looked way better than my ghetto satin version, which I sold. In addition, the new DFLE had a full flat grind which lightened the blade and made it faster in the hand. As far as chopping goes, the original, with the heavier blade, is hard to beat.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Since we are asking questions; What are the colors that Dogs would most want to see on their Scrapivore CG's

Dan

ORANGE!!!, Sage, Black, Muddy, Moss in that order

Also I think we need a Moss Dogfather and Moss Yardkeeper in the CG thickness not a fatty. [/quote]

Your color wish list may be closer than you think, or not

Soon, very soon

Dan

Oh and in the order listed above, good except move the muddy up a place and then black and moss. The Moss is really neat though!

A few years ago I would NEVER had dreams of any color but black.

And I have NO problem with that. At these prices for such high quality steel and a lifetime of the knife full no questions asked warranty I would not expect to much flair.

Being able to have a choice of colors on a blade used to be a no brainer issue.

Black. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

Now having a palate of colors to suite your taste....unreal!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />

Peace.
