"I want[ed]a green reg too & would have tried the ganzaa thing if I was home in time.
They should show up on the EX in a few weeks & depending on the markup I might snag one.
They shouldn't sell for more than a Benjamin imo
& they'd be worth it imo.
The green sure is purdy. "

If I could pick one up for that Myke I would do it in a heartbeat, I really like that profile, plus the colored handle.

Like Sumo said maybe a mod is in order.

We'll see if any show up for a decent price.

I scored a jungle green regulator in my first Ganza.

I don't think this one will end up on the exchange though. I plan on making this a user.

Now I need to save up for a sheath, maybe combo it with the scrapivore that is coming.

I still feel stupid!
Wasn't paying attention that close. Saw the BS post and sent in my order for either 6.5 reg at 9:09pm. Left my computer and had a great dinner. Came back an hour and half later and saw an email from Amy with a link to the rules for ganza. That email was stamped at around 9;15 or so, plenty of time to have a real order posted, thank you Amy. Of course I resent the order but was not in time. Amy just emailed me and said I didn't score.

The whole experience was pretty funny now that I look back. Guarantee it won't happen again. Fred

I received notice that I got my request; payment is authorized, now the waiting begins.

Experience strengthens one's ganza-fu. Additionally, you need to avoid interruptions during the time block, some luck (you have to refresh the right forum at the right time), attention to detail (to catch the post and not be fooled by "fake Jerrys"), and a reliable Internet connection. If you didn't score this time, you'll be better prepared for the next one.

Fred, take Jim's advice. Many of us have gotten disappointed by missing out in a ganza, but we learned! The next ganza should be the Cupidganza next month, and it will be even bigger with more offerings.

Last year's had much more competition as well...since there were "freebies" thrown in Or, am I thinking of a xmasganzaa?

The chief cause of unhappiness and failure is trading what you want most in life for what you want at the moment.

I always thought the Regulator would benefit from a BIGGER blade, not a smaller one. This is why I sat this one out. Sweet color combos, though. Congratulations to all that scored.

So what do you think the green handle ganza Regulators will go for on the secondary market? I want one but could not do the ganza due to wrestling match. I have a TT in tan and a TT in black, a LE, a Mil-Over Run and a Deregulator.

Just for something totally different, you could always have the Dreg Modded to the 6.5 specs and call it the Sumolator!
