So what do you think the green handle ganza Regulators will go for on the secondary market? I want one but could not do the ganza due to wrestling match. I have a TT in tan and a TT in black, a LE, a Mil-Over Run and a Deregulator.

This is pure speculation on my part, but due to the rarity and finish, my guess is that they'll start at $125 to $150 and increase over the next couple years. Green handles will probably be more desirable than tan because Dan has released so little in green.

Jim, thanks. I was afraid of that. Looks like one of my TT blades may get a work over in the near future.

I'm going to pretend I didn't see that. It's a user not a limited number collectible. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />

Hey Jim,

Did the numbers get released somewhere's? Just did a quick search on both forums and couldn't find the post. I got lucky and scored a green one and a tan one. Just curious to see if one is more rare, it may stay in the safe (for now).

Thanks,

Stump

They never release production numbers, but Jerry did say they sold out in the first 2 minutes of the ganza

yeah, but I thought all the M-O REG's sold out in 2 minutes not just the green ones. Just curious to know where it was posted more tan ones were made (as Jim was referring to). No biggie, just wonderin'.

Not to speak for Jim...but I read his post as the Yard has historically released fewer green handles than the others, which leads him to predict a higher demand for such. Up to the buyer as to whether they want to pay more or not.

Personally, I'd pay more for tan...but that's because green really doesn't work all that much in my AO. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

That's exactly what I meant. The only Regulator 6.5" production numbers I've seen are the combined "just under 200" mentioned by [color:"red"]Jerry Busse[/color] on BladeForums:

The entire batch of just under 200 Regulators was gone in the first 2 minutes. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /><img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Well over another 200 Regulator orders came in within minutes after being sold out ! ! ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

All SLUTS and Taz Rats were gone within minutes as well!!!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

The girls are still sorting things out and notices should be out by Wednesday. . . . <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Please DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE to check on whether you got in on time!!!!!!

Congrats to those who scored!!!<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

That's not very many. How hard to find are INFIcoots and SS4s? Their numbers were comparable.

Hey Jim, I like your new Avatar! I was a member of that Wing at Pope AFB! You ever seen the C130's with that nose treatment?

And as a bit of aviation history, the A10 Warthog is the only airplane the U.S. has where the nose gear is NOT in the center-line of the aircraft. It is offset to one side to make room for the barrels of the 30mm Cannon.

My card is showing that my credit limit has been reduced by the amount of the Ganza win but it isn't yet showing up as a charge.

If they had the knives in stock we should be getting shipping notices in a few days.
