My first and second efforts at bending Kydex.
The sheath the karambit is in is my conceal carry rig for it, and it hugs my body. It's such a low profile I can conceal it under a T-shirt. It was the second effort I made at bending kydex, and arguably my most successful try.
The smaller sheath I intended to use as a running sheath. The paracord ties through the finger loop in the blade, and protects me from poking myself with the knife while on a jog. Should I find myself in a situation that I don't want to be in, a quick sweep of the rear edge of the blade across something and the sheath knocks away while remaining attached to the knife. Unfortunately, my running pants and shorts have no easy way to attach a different type of sheath, so I had to figure out a way to carry at all times, and in hand seems to work. I butchered a few rivets on this one before I figured out my technique.

Not pictured, I built a retention sheath for my Dereg sheath. I used the large rivets, and then couldn't get it to fit into the Nylon sheath. An hour later with the belt sander, and I had completely torn the revits up getting it to fit. I don't even think it's presentable, lol, but it ups the retention of the SY sheath and does what it's supposed to so I don't feel like I wasted the kydex luckily.
