I may get a non-twist top beer today just for the fun of it!
Might I suggest a Pint from The Lost Abbey? There "Inferno" ale is quite delicious, though it's a dry beer. Depending on what you usually drink, it might suit your pallet. If you like Darker beers, thier "Judgement Day" (suitable for the thread I think ) Ale is borderline Super Ale in strength. It's 10.5% by volume, and is very finnicky about how it is served. Don't throw it in the freezer to cool it, let it sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours. It tastes best cold to cool. Once it gets lukewarm it starts to taste rancid. Also, don't put it back in the fridge if it gets too warm, the flavor is done once it warms back up when exposed to air. At 1 pint, 10.5% alcohol by volume, it's a formidable drink, but it's worth it.
niether of the above beers are capped, they're actually corked
Try Stone IPA. It's one of my favorite capped, but not twist off, burrs. Light and when COLD it tastes SOOOOOO crisp, with a wonderful aftertaste of Orange Peel. Be warned, it's not a wimpy beer either, 7.5% by volume and all that.
