As I understand it from a discussion when they were first released, right-handed 'vores have the handle's pry bevel down when held in your right hand by the blade, with the spine against your palm (so that you don't slice your hand open). The left-handled models would be the same when held in the left hand.
I don't know whether the sheaths will be available in other colors, but I requested orange sheaths (if available) in my order comments -- I figure it never hurts to ask, although I suspect they won't be.

If orange sheaths were available - that's what I'd want. I didn't think to put that in my comments section.

I am wondering if the sheaths for the CG will work for the LE and Cupidvores?

I read that the cupidvore will not fit a le due to the thick finish but I not own either, yet <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

It was on a post on the b.f. I don't recall if it was in the Busse section but it mentioned the coating is thicker on the cupidvore and would not properly fit. If this means not at all or so tight it scratches the finish I don't know. If I find it I'll post a link.

Cupidvore is a CG. The LE model is a little thinner, as stated in the original post announcing the LE version.

Found it in the post where Dan announced the LE version :
If you plan on using your Scrapivore for more abusive types of work such as batoning, point prying, etc., we suggest you consider the Scrapivore Combat Grade (Coming Soon). With a slightly thicker blade and a much more rough and tumble hardness of 58-60 Rc, the Combat Grade Scrapivore is ready to handle anything you can bring its way.

The coated ones will not fit in the sheaths made for the LE, and the LE's would be loose in the CG sheaths.
At least in my situation that is what I have found.
