Congrats on the RS, Vic!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

I can't help but see it as somewhat of a "solution" to our SS4 death chat... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I really like mine!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Jeff, you are right. I know that it feels better in hand than my SS4--yep I said it.

I love mine. Just waiting to get a sheath for it. The Swamp has some nice sheaths in their store. May try one of those soon.

Rth, for what's it worth I got the buy brown kydex when I ordered my solution. I have been carrying it with the tec lok horizontal and it is very secure and comfortable, I.e. Does not poke you get in the way of a seatbelt or pattern through your clothes.

I just got mine last week and love it also. I had to give it some time on the belt sander to make it shave off the hairs on my arm. I think it's a winner for sure.

Horn Dog, I just got my solution and love it as well! How do you compare it to the Izula II? I would love to see that comparison...

Thanks for the info. I'm really thinking leather though, suits my tastes a little better.

Well, MM, I just love my Izula II. It has its niche. The RS is a bigger knife, but still small enough for EDC. I reprofiled the edge on the solution, and I think it will be fine for carry in the leather pouch sheath I have. I'll do a more complete review and comparison when I have the time. Got to go to FL tomorrow and tow my new girlfriend's car back with my truck. Women. They do complicate things, but I'll try and do the comparison soon.

Just curious, what kind of edge did you reprofile your Solution to?

Convex final edge on a flat (original) grind.
