I would love to see a Scrapyard knife produced between 5 and 7 1/2inces in blade length at about .20 to 0275 in thickness, preferably out of SR-77, but SR-101 would be ok. Is there any chance of something like that coming in the not so distance future? Are there any other Dogs out there that would be interested in a blade like that? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> Interesting Dan

1/8" is too thin. Doubt it would be quite as indestructible as a slightly thicker blade. I've been suprised by bussekin before though...

I have a few 1/8" stock blades made outta 1095 steel and I really beat on them. I'm quite sure an 1/8" SR101 blade with the Busse-kin heat treat would hold up to all usual knife tasks no problem.
