The War (on terror) Dog. I thought about that when I first saw the post on Bladeforums.

How does the "ganza" work? Curious to this as well. If the knives are going to be for sale at Blade though it seems like they would be for sale on the websites. I sure hope so.

How does the "ganza" work? Without going into all the details, it's an online ordering event. To keep things fair, knives are posted on the forum and a one hour timeslot is announced. During that timeslot, Jerry will post the "Go" command for you to send in email orders hoping to get your pick. First come, first served until they run out for limited quantity knives or until a certain date for other items (how the hog muk was done). Ganza events are a way for the online community to get special blades that are not regular offerings. Many customs and one-off variations that are normally sold at shows.

Basically a Ganza is like this.
They show pics of knives that they have or will make depending upon how many are ordered. Then Jerry busse (Busse combat Head Hog) will post on here, swamp rat, busse combat or Blade forums a go go go and you at that time SEND YOUR EMAIL of what and how many and what configuration you want the knife. You MUST have the email made up ahead of time because a lot of times quantities are VERY limited and the faster you get you email in the better chance of getting what you want. AND you can order more than one per email.
BUT BEWARE there are many fake go signals and IF you send your email ahead of the REAL go signal you go to the end of the line.
Unnerstan?

Oh and the way to tell the real go from a fake one is look for the name of the post starter. If it is not Jerry busse, it ain't the real go.
