I placed my order on the 3rd, got my confirmation email, and haven't herd or seen anything! I've sent 4 emails, all unanswered... anyone herd from them? I'm starting to get a bit frustrated, I don't want to do a charge back, but at this point I don't know what to do... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />

Take a deep breath. As Seth mentioned, make sure you email the Dumpster Diva, Renee. She WILL take care of you, 100%, no question. They are at the biggest knife show in the world, and may not be readily available to respond too quickly. Keep us updated...as Renee checks here also and your email may have simply ended up in the spam box or something wacky like that. Have confidence. Don't know if this post got things rolling, but renee just got back to me about 3 minutes after posting, the reason for not replying is VERY understandable, but I don't get why they didn't ship mine before the show.... O'well, gives me more time to think about sheaths LOL

I am sure Blade has consumed an undue amount of their time. Its like a race team getting ready for the Daytona 500. Hang in there and they will take care of you.

Remember, this is a relatively small company full of humans working as hard as they can to get the best possible product to market. If it takes a little longer sometimes, that's fine to me. I know they'll take care of me. Renee has always been fantastic at the Yard, Eric is great at the Swamp, and Amy-O keeps the wheels spinning at Busse. I apologize to anyone that waited on an email this week. I try to check my emails every day, but I had a death in the family and I was away for a little while this week.
As far as the War Dog's...The crew was super busy getting ready for Blade Show. We will resume production next week and will get the orders out as soon as we can.
