Sweeet!!! These WarDogs are great for Bushcraft.

Let us know what you think once you hit the kitchen. It's not the smallest slicer...but it's easy to point and fun to work with from my short experience. Really enjoying this one!!

Best,

Max

Yeah, no?! I was about to shoot for a new bushcraft knife, Fiddleback Bushfinger, Blade pics broke me...but yesturday got me thinking no...plus I do have another custom coming soon anyway!

You use it for food prep yet, Max?

Yes! I've chopped tomatoes, onions, squash, celery, potatoes, cabbage, jalapeno, broccoli, watermelon and a cantaloupe. It works great! It really shined for me for both the broccoli and the cantaloupe. With the broccoli, the ability to use the tip really shined as I was able to reach up between stalks and accurately pop off the crowns...controlled removal With the cantaloupe, it was the peeling away of the "skin". The WarDog is a machine...and the thickness has not been a burden to me, yet.

I got it out for a little more. I cross-battoned it through some hard, hard wood I've used before with other knives- wow! It ate it up! Goes from the finest curls to banging through hard, nasty wood. I did more drilling and didn't notice the butt of the handle this time...nice...

This is one great blade!!!!

I haven't used mine yet but I think it will be a great bushcraft/hunting knife and intend to carry it this fall.
