I was to fly to LA on Sept 14 (my time, 13 yours) but it was the 15th before I got going. It was a sad yet somewhat inspirational time to be in the US (I spent the next 7 weeks there and vividly remember driving in Montana late at night when the first announcements about Missiles and Troops into Arsecrackestan was made. It had also just started to snow.

Absolutely, this affected everyone, my heart bled for America and for the rest of the world on this day.

The enemy's supporters were rallying in the streets with their flags, proclaiming their victory over us all in my quiet, little home country, far from the America I now call home. Something I never thought I would see.

Europe might be politically aloof and allowing themselves to be taken over in the name of not wanting to offend anyone, but most of us individuals are spiritual brothers to America and we will never forget this tragedy either.

Monsterdog, thank you for you sentiments as a "Foreigner". I do think you are right about Spiritual brothers and sisters. MOST of the world, no matter what country, color, race or Religious beliefs or lack there of do not condone this kind of behavior, not matter WHAT THE MAD DOGS SAY THEIR JUSTIFICATION IS. Most of the people of the world just want to live out their lives in peace and happiness FREE from tyranny and oppression and the desire to live without fear because they are a certain nationality, color or religious belief.
