Naw, he doesn't do to bad, course he's only 35. Course the Railroad pays him well! He just has to drive where ever in "His" territory they send him. He builds the crossing signals. Not Maintaining them as in if the lights don't work someone fixes them, he installs/rebuilds the crossing/signal equipment that signals when a train is coming.

Yeah he is he has already got bedroom furniture, living room furniture, stove and fridge, new ceiling fans and light fixtures. Course he CLEARED 3300 for the 8 days work. Pretty normal for him.
