Of course, I taught him like I taught my sister. Threw him the keys and said to take off. We live on a little dead end road with very little traffic, so he went up and down the road, practicing taking off and stopping, and about two afternoons and he was GTG.

How about stopping and starting on hills?

He's good on that too. I made him take off on our drive, dirt and loose gravel on a fairly steep hill. He can do it now, but it took him a bit.

I'll let him drive me into town in it, he does pretty good in traffic with it. Only thing he still does is he puts the clutch in too soon when he's stopping.
