Like it, but would depend on the steel/heat treat if it was any good or not. Is that a custom?

Yeah, he can make them to my specs. Only $145, including sheath.

I've wanted one of his for a while, and I'm about ready to pull the trigger on this one.

But I'd still like to look around and see what else is out there before I place my order.

WOW! I'd say jump on it. One suggestion, and you may not like them, Have "Thumb" indents put in the handles and leave them rough. It will help with "Indexing the blade" and add a little Grippiness.

He'll put grooves in the handle to hold onto if you want.

got a nut job calling E911. First house fire, then break in, now he is in 3 different counties at 6 different address and finally said he was walking down the road.

I'd really like to handle one before I bought it, but I figure that if I don't like it I'll always be able to get my money out of it. Michael is pretty well known on the other forum that I post on.

I like those grooves, but Personally I would get rid of the cutouts, leaving the handle full size and put in the thumb indents. they really make a difference in being able to hold the blade horizontally with your thumb in the groove.

He makes them with and without the cutouts. I kinda like them, gives your fingers a place to ride since there is no guard.
