I've only had 12 gauge but mine were for trap or HD.

This is more of a over all hunting shotgun vs a seperate gun for dove or ducks etc. But yes a nice o/u would be ideal for upland.

I am gonna take a look at two that my friend ordered for me and select one

Beretta xtrema 2 or the A400 - But either way I wont be buting another for a while

When I was stationed in Omaha I shot skeet with a 20 guage modified choke pump.

I shoot an old LC Smith 20 gauge for quail hunting. When there are quail to hunt. More skeet than anything anymore.

I'd like to have a Remington 1100 for skeet/quail/rabbit/whatever, but for now my old LC Smith's will have to do. I've got a 12/16/20 gauge set, but the 20 gauge is my favorite.

Ah, my LC's are older than both of you. Still shoot good and lock up tight after all these years.

My old 16 is really slick. Rest it on the butt, hit the slide release and open it comes! But it does still lock up tight.
