Not been to busy tonight, it's been quiet and I hope it stays that way.

Depression is a transitory thing, it comes and goes in EVERYONE'S life from time to time. Sometimes there isn't any justifiable reason for it, you just get into a funk.
I always have trouble falling asleep (except for Sunday and Monday nights) when I sleep AT NIGHT. The rest of the time I'll have problems falling and then staying asleep. It's not unusual for me to wake up four or five times.
