Many people read the bible from front to back. Others follow a plan of reading certain scriptures in the Old Testament in the morning and then other set of scriptures from the New Testament in the evenings.
Find a plan (Or make your own) that works for you. You can also go by WORD studies, where you take a certain word and study scriptures through out the entire Bible where that word is used.

You know, I've downloaded a couple... The only not so good thing is that the Finnish translation is from 1933/38 so it's kind of funny occasionally.
Same thing with the eSword.

That's the problem you get into with different languages. Many Texts, not just the Bible are just not the same when viewed in a language other than their own. (Even thought The Bible wasn't originally in English), it is the most complete text available translated from the original texts.

My two favorite Translations are the King James version and the NEW King James Version. Many claim the NKJV is a perversion of the KJV, but from my reading it goes along really really close. The words are not always the same, but the same meaning is there. Just my opinion, I AM NOT an expert on the bible. Patty is much more of an authority than I probably ever will be.
