Hey Randy, sorry, the site was super slow for some reason, had to close it down, anyways, everyone is good, Darwin is getting bigger all the time and Susie ( close) is doing well

Went to a Toby Keith concert last night, I don't much care for country music, I like folk music and some of the older type country stuff, but I was kinda surprised the crowd there was so....metrosexual I guess is the word, lots of dudes walking around with designer jeans and no shirts with shaved chests, not what I was expecting

Hehe, no worries man, how is Patti doing lately

Her throat started closing up on her again early this past week but she got a shot and as usual it took care of it. And for some reason the other night she got sick. It might have been because of the cottage cheese she ate. Sometimes milk products will make her sick.

Sorry to here that man, I've cut out just about all dairy from my diet myself,( except for the occasional cheese here and there) that and white breads are two things that we have been conditioned to eat, and think ts good for us, when most people have mild allergic reactions to it all The time

We don't eat a lot of regular bread at home, but we do like our cottage cheese and strawberries!

Have you to given any kind of dietary changes a try? I would recommend ( I'm not a doctor or anything, but I've seen it work) a raw diet of some kind , a cliff notes version is just switch over 60 percent of your diet to uncooked fruits and veggies ( don't eat meat till lunch time or later) it's pretty amazing what the body can do as far as healing itself when it is given the chance
