What works for me is I set in the recliner if I'm having trouble sleeping. Eventually I'll start getting sleepy and then off to bed I go.

I'm thinking about a grilled turkey melt. We've got some left over deli turkey and some cheese. We've got bread and butter, so sounds like a good combination to me!
