It's 49 here this morning. Not like the other morning, we actually got down to 31 degrees!

I've seen those guns. I love the Judge, but the jury is still out on the long gun. At least for me.

We saved most of our tomatoes, peppers, and green beans with tarps a few nights ago. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

We picked our peppers and tomatoes clean last week. Nothing left in the garden now but turnips.

We just got 2 walmart plastic shopping bags full of green beans on tuesday and cooked them up. MAN were they good. All I did was put them in an 8 quart (they filled it up) pot with some dried chopped onions and a half dozen beef bullion cubes. Good eats!

It'll soon be hog killing time, got 10 this year to butcher between us and my cousins. I hate doing that, but I love the fresh meat.

Randy, we used to make "green bean soup" with green beans, potatoes, water, and a little flour to thicken it up a little. Add some ketchup to your bowl and you have a pretty tasty soup! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
