I'm hoping that I can go in this morning and go to sleep, cause if I can't I'm gonna be in trouble. Clay is home today, and he'll be waking me up around lunch. And tomorrow I'll be up by noon again, if not earlier.

Hopefully you'll be able to catch some descent sleep today and get rested back up at least some.

Well one way or another your body WILL get the rest it needs.

Last time that happened, when I couldn't sleep, I went for about 2 weeks on a couple hours a day. Then it caught up to me, and I slept for about 30 hours solid. My wife thought I was dead.

longest I've slept since I've been out of the service was 14 hours once, I was VERY tired and sleepy. Can't believe Patty let me sleep that long.

I used to go for days and then crash, but I was young and stupid back then. Now I try my best to get the rest I need. Sometimes I need assistance, so I keep some mild sleeping pills at home.

I've tried the OTC sleeping pills and they MIGHT work for me a time or two, then NADA. Oh well

Benadryl is as good as anything I've ever took, at least for me. My ex would just get wired up if she took them though.

Benadryl doesn't do a thing for me as far as sleeping, Now Patty can take one and it knocks her out!

I take two of them, and I'm out, usually. That's what I took last night though. But I was hurting something awful too.

When I go to bed, except for Sunday night when I've been up for close to 24 hours I am almost always awake 30 minutes after laying down and then I'll eventually drift off to sleep, but I will also wake up several times, maybe only for a couple minutes but I will wake up.
