That's just not my thing. I've tried to eat them, lots of different ways. Even sweet potato fries. Nada. Can't stand them.

Some folks like them with marshmallows as well, but I don't like them that way.
Just heat them up in the oven or microwave, sprinkle liberally with brown sugar and slap some butter in there and you've got some good grub!

Dad told me once about going trick or treating when he was young. Said him and some friends went to a house that the old woman was giving out fresh-baked sweet potatoes. His friends threw theirs against her house, but dad said he sat down right there and ate his. Said it was all the old woman had to give out, and those boys ticked him off so bad he quit hanging around with them.
