I've always wanted to mod a Scrapper... One of these days I will, but it's hard to improve on that comfy Res-c. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

there's a few guys who have done mods to the ResC. stuff like taking down the but and shaping the handles. i the JJ is the only I have seen replace a ResC handle.
so far I like everything the way it has come from ScrapYard. I just hope Dan come with the colors. OD green to be more specific.

Anyone ever get a Scrapper 6, 711, B10 type res-c handle on a Reg?
I know it would take some doing but it is something I would like to see/own.

Not sure how you would do that. the tangs on the Scrapper 6 are a totally different shape than the regulator. I always wanted a Dogfather handle on a Basic 11 myself. Chopping perfection there. Wait a minute......I guess my soon to arrive Basic 10 is close to the same thing!! Hooray!

I thought that the handle on the B11 was pretty much the same as the dogfather handle.
That said I can't help but put in another plug for a SYKCO Magnum 11 regulator

I have been working on one of my War Dogs. I unfortunately am not a fan of the handle shape on it and this is my attempt to make it into something more comfortable for my hand. i ordered up some micarta blocks and started trimming and sanding. I am still not done but here is a photo of my progress. ![[Linked Image from i258.photobucket.com]](http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh265/wkropf/100_9597.jpg) | | |

The B11 handle is noticeably thinner and smaller in my paw. It also is probably the last time we will see that small handle. All the rest should be Dogfather size as they reportedly used remaining stock on the B11s. I like the Regulator handle for a fighter weight blade but not for a General Purpose or chopper. The double guard makes it harder to choke up on for me.
