This guy was born without any ears, and despite his disability, he had a very successful business. He was hiring for a new manager, and had 3 qualified applicants. First one comes in, has a great interview, and for the last question, the guy w/ no ears asks him "do you notice anything different about me?" and the guy says "well, you don't have any ears!" and the guy kicks him out of his office, and says that he'd never have a manager that just points out people's shortcomings. Second guy, having an even better interview than the first, and they get to the last question, "do you notice anything different about me" and he says, "well... sir, you don't have any ears." and the man w/ no ears again kicks him out of his office. Down to the last applicant. Having a phenomenal interview. Gets to the last question, "do you notice anything different about me?" The guy looks closely at the man, and about thirty seconds later says "well, sir, it appears that you wear contact lenses!" and the man says " That is so observant! Tell me, how could you tell?"
