I'm Ok. Busy cooking a brisket right now. The wife tried to cook one earlier and made a 3 lb jerky strip. So I'm recooking right now for a party tomorrow.

yeah she was trying to use a new recipe and the cook times were for a 4 lb peice of meat and ours was 2 lbs (not 3lbs). So when she pulled it out it was a little rough.

I've tried a couple of them, I like the red and green, not sure what they're called but those two are my favorites.
