I've been to Uwharrie a few times to deer hunt. Nice place down there.

I guess I used to goof around more of North Carolina that I thought I had. I was looing at the map and I have been all over. I just never really looked at it that way growing up there.

Where did you grow up?

I dated a girl from Spring Lake for a while, but it got old driving four hours each way every weekend.

I spent a lot of time away from Fayettville. I spent a bunch of time camping in the mountains or at the beach. Lots of time at Fisher and KittyHawk.

I'd like to go back to the Outer Banks again. Haven't been there since about 1977.

I was at the outer banks in early 2000's. I went to Orcracoke Island for a couple days. Its not what it was in the 70's.

Dad took us there many years ago, I remember there was NOTHING out there. I hear it's really grown up now.

I remember always wanting to hit up the nude beach on Ocracoke when I was kid. I thought it was going to be all nice looking women. LOL, to be a disillusioned teenager again.

I've always been told that the nude beaches were used by the last people you'd ever want to see naked.
