Subject change again, and I've said this before, but the more I carry my edc metal soapdish FAK the more I like it. I just wish I could find a container small enough (a squeeze tube) to fit in it. And I STILL haven't put any alcohol wipes in it. I do have a couple germ-x wipes in there though.
squeeze tube for what

Oh sorry, for some antibiotic gel.

IF I could find a tube, or a refillable tube about the size of a Vicks Inhaler, THAT would be perfect.

Good point, but what difference would it really make? And I am only asking because I don't really know why it would matter.

If you end up at the hospital, water soluable gel can ge washed our, something like ozanol may have to be scrubbed out

Ok, NOW it makes sense. I've got both an antibacterial and burn cream in my larger IFAK, but just wanted something small in my edc one to put on a small cut before applying a band aid. It's really not necessary for my edc kit, but I've got room so figured why not.

See, I told you I'm still new at this stuff. AND Patty is starting to appreciate the benefits as well.
