Sorry for the lag between posts, but I'm in the process of fixing lunch. We're gonna have country fired steak, with peppered gravy and probably either corn or green beans and maybe some mashed potatoes.

I was on one of those ellipticals the other day at a flea market, and I don't know. I was only on it for about 15 seconds and thought it was gonna kill me! I must have been doing something wrong cause it was killing my back of all things.

I like squats but just before I stopped I was doing reps with 1300 lbs on my leg press.
