Oops, the days are blurring together. That was Monday's PT. Yesterday was circuit course followed by a competition among the squads on the obstacle course.

We were in the mid 60's here today. I slept late since I had to work tonight, but I was outside messing around wearing shorts and tennis shoes. I can't remember ever doing that near the end of January.

It drops to about 30 at night and hits 75 in the middle of the day. Hard to get acclimatized here.

I am getting a nice tan though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I was outside an hour and didnt even get red. I'm not a sun fanatic, but I do feel a lot better when I can get outside and spend time in the sun.

I love being outdoors, but almost always wear sunblock. I haven't been wearing it here since the sun is never directly overhead like in the summer.

Good news, I we are halfway through this course.

I usually don't wear it unless I'm gonna be in the sun for a while. I get really dark pretty easily, so after the initial burn I stay tanned. That said, I should wear it more than I do.

Haveing computer problems. The whole shebang locked up on me.

I'm looking forward to going back to work. 4 more days to rehab and then back in the mix.

We've been in the 50s and dropping to the 30s at night, partly sunny so it's decent. Snow last friday and rain saturday and all was gone.
