The Knives Forum section is starting the new year with 525,796 posts.

The New Death Chat Redoux is beginning the new year on page 97.

The TOTAL post count for the beginning of this new year is 554,353 posts.

The FIRST POST OF THE NEW YEAR WAS Post number 554,308 Made by Sar5.

What this means is that we are starting the New Year off needing to get 195,645 more posts before the Blade show June the 8th.

Ok Statistic fans, The year has just reached hump day of it's first week of life. Let's see how the numbers stack up.

The Outdoors and Field Craft section is now up to 24,030, up from Sunday mornings 23,960 for a 70 post increase.

The Knives Forum section is now up to 526,260, up from Sunday mornings 525,796 for a 465 post increase.

The Death Chat Page count is now up to 113 pages, up from Sunday mornings 97 for an increase of 16 pages.

The TOTAL Website post count is now up to 554,888, up from Sunday mornings 554,353 for a total Website post increase of 535.

OK, now that the new year is here, we need 195,112 more posts before the opening day of this years Blade Show in Atlanta Georgia on June the 8th. So in the next 156 days we need to get an average of 1250.71 posts per day. Kinda depressing, lets get that number WAY down!

My good friends, I apologize for not doing an update yesterday, but I had to leave work early. Now on to Today's update!

The outdoors and fieldcraft section is now up to 24,056 posts which is up from Wednesday's 24,030 for a 26 post increase.

The Knives Forum section is now up to 526,348 posts which is up from Wednesday's 526,260 for an 88 post increase.

The Death Chat is now up to 115 pages which is up from Wednesday's 113 for a two page increase.

The TOTAL Website post count is now up to 555,002 posts which is up from Wednesday's 554,888 for a 114 post increase.

OK this all means that we now need an additional 194,998 more posts to reach our ever approaching goal of three quarters of a million posts. This landmark, must be reached by June 8th in order to reach our goal, something that IS possible.

The Death Chat has gone from 127 pages up to the present count of 134 for a 7 page increase.

The TOTAL Website post count is now up to 555,460 posts, up from 555,238. This gives us a total website post increase of 222 posts.

OK, as promised, on our way to 750,000 posts, we find ourselves needing another 194,540 posts by the opening day of Blade 2012 on June the 8th in Atlanta Georgia at the Cobb Galleria. We may not make it all the way, but by golly we're gonna get a lot closer than a lot of folks have thought!

The Knives Forum section is now up to 527,074 which is up from Sundays high of 526,788. This gives us an increase of 286 posts.

The Death Chat....Redoux is now up to 142 from Sunday's high of 127 for a 15 pages and unfortunately showing signs of being um ah well messed up. Pages not flipping correctly, and posts not showing up. Oh well, such is the life in the Yard.

The TOTAL post count for the Website is now up to 555,768 posts which is up from Sundays high count of 555,460 for a post increase of 308.

OK on our steady march into fame we still need 194,232 posts to reach the 750,000 post goal by June the 8th.

The outdoors and fieldcraft section remains the same with 24,095 posts.

The Knives forum section has grown from 527,074 up to 527,283 for a 209 post increase.

The Death Chat page count has grown from 142 pages up to 150 for an 8 page increase.

The TOTAL Website post count has grown form 555,768 all the way up to 555,977 for a total 209 post increase.

OK then by the opening day of Blade in June we need 194,023 more posts. Carry on Dogs.

We probably won't get that many posts, but one question you gotta ask yourself, How close will we get?
