Now I can run a sub-8 mile, do 50 push-ups in less than a minute, and I can do two pullups. Time to keep working <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> Whether you call yourself a fatass or not, with those numbers, you are well above the American standard. Well, I'm 250 pounds, so that's a start on the fatass part. It's more along the lines of I am not happy with my level of physical fitness and I'd like to improve it.

Don't run, you'll make to much noise. Walk slowly and quitely. Outside of your of your foot down first and roll to the inside. Walk close to but not touching the walls.
