Sounds like you are good for her JJ. AND you SHOULD NOT eat like that all the time. I was a bachelor for 11 years before I got married again, and I DO know about not thinking it is worth just cooking for yourself. But it is. Just don't cook as much or freeze the leftovers.

I eat well. I eat yogurt, tuna sandwiches, fiber one bars, protein/vitamin shakes and water, chili, and every other night or so I get an actual square meal from Sherly.

You're NOT old, but I do know what you are talking about. When I was in Japan I ran 2-3 miles at least 3 times a week if I could. I put about 5 miles a day on my "work bicycle" and tried to ride about 50 miles a week AT LEAST on my "racer". I actually enjoyed it but wasn't trying to break any speed records.

I didn't say I am old. Just that my body needs more heal time than it used to. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week an hour each time and run 4 days a week for no less than 3 miles. I also ride my bike to work everyday which is 7 miles one way. There are days when I have training scheduled and have to decide against it, because my body hurts. Not sore. Hurts.
