Hi yard

It was shipped with USPS to a PO Box. So hopefully the package will pop up or else I will have to order another one, kind of a pain because I will have to redo the paypal thing etc because credit card was cancelled due to cloning of the card and theft. I am not 'credit liable' because I have no credit on my name, so they really don't want to give me a [censored] card. I hate credit, but its the only way I can buy something from the states.

You can always get a debit card and use that. They work just like a credit card except it uses the money you have in the bank instead of borrowing. Forgive me if I am insulting your intelligence. I don't mean to.

there's always prepaid cards. also there's the paypal card. those are the two options I use over my debit cards.

butyuh, I also avoid credit cards and a coulle years ago found out they didn't want to give me one just because I avoided them so long. a guy i know racks up on cardsevery coulle years and then cantoay then off and every couple years he gets a new card. like they love him... crazy...

Not insulting at all as I am NOT skilled in these things. Give me a tool and I can work with that. Give me a computer, a manual, a person sitting with me and a few hours (strange concidering I am 26 years old)

Can one set up a PayPal using a debit card?

I ask because the place that sells the Manix I want (so so bad) only takes PayPal.

That has been my experience as well!

I will have to look into the pre paid cards. Hopefully my bank has such an option. Never heard of a paypal preloaded card.

So more research to be done when I get back home.thanks for the advice!

Yes. You can setup paypal with a debit card. You can also send Paypal checks, money orders or cashiers checks from the bank to load your Paypal account.

You can also link a Paypal account directly to a checking account and have it automatically withdraw from it when you use your Paypal account.

when you have your paypal account setup they can also issue you a debit card that pulls right from you paypal.

also in almost all cases when you see something for sell with paypal you can just use a card to pay. paypal generally pushes this feature towards the bottom and keeps it in small print. reason is they want people to sign up so pushing the fact that people can just use a debit or credit card doesn't really help them.

paypal and at&t both pretty much suck whenever they want to though!

my diner sucked pretty bad so I think that's enough justification for a couple beers and a bag of hot fries.

but after this weekend (or maybe next) i will start back exercising again. never totally got back after the holidays and I can tell...

I stopped and picked up a shredded pork burrito from a cart on the side of the road on the way home from the airport for dinner. Was decent. But, I don't need an excuse for beer.

No beer I'm on a diet. But I have been eating well. Last night was sirloin steak with grilled Asparagus and tonight was grilled chicken with Edam cheese and fresh avocado.

Grilled asparagus is the perfect compliment to a good steak. Especially if you can find the big thick stalks of it.
