Hill is OK. I go there for medical and dental AND the gun store! They have a sign at the gate that says no private own firearms allowed. Then you can go to the BX and buy ammo and a gun and walk out with it while on base.

Tax free ammo and guns ain't a bad thing.

Your math is off. If a battery last three days and I get 40. That is 120 days.
