How about a culvert under the drive? And I am sure you have thought of all these things already. Got two under it already, but it doesn't help much.

I got it estimated one time, about 10 years ago, and they said it was gonna cost $5-6,000 to get it paved. Probably be $8-9k now.

My brother shares the drive with me, but he won't help pay for any improvements. That's one reason that I haven't done it yet.

So does he live in your folks old house? He's moving into it next year, after he remodels it. He lives in a little trailer below my place now.
