I admit that I don't know a whole lot but I'm pretty sure electric signals aren't greatly affected by gravity.
if they where talking plumbing then I could understand. but a cable? are your lights dimmer than your brothers? if so then I learned something new.
and I figured ou would at least have put the good underwear on for company. you know... only got the holes in back side. See, that's what I'm thinking. Gravity should play less into the equation than distance.

well I'll always be sure to call first just before I come over...
I would get that uphill stuff in writing. maybe emails or something. don't think it should be that hard.
if somebody told me they couldnt run a good signal through a shielded cable up a 60 yard slope i'd laugh. they'd need to prove it somehow to me. they already proved that "out of the area" is bs.
but you guys have probably seen my rants on customer service. gets pretty old to hear people saying they can't do a job they take money to not do. but it happens to often...
