I have a Sig P225 single stack 9mm that I really like. Not exactly small, but about medium size maybe. I also have a Beretta tomcat .32acp it's small. I also have a Walther PPK .380 and a PP .32acp that I would consider not to big. I guess the beretta, and the two Walthers I would consider small, but I still like the Sig 225.

I like my Glock 19, but there again it's not very small. One of my deputies has a Diamondback 9mm that is not much bigger than the Kel-Tec .380, and it shoots like a dream

wanting to pick up a compact semi auto pistol but it seems everything I put my hands on is either too fat or too stubby. been a chore finding something.

may end up looking some older models but most that fit are .380 and .32.

I like plenty of smaller pistols. A subcompact in Smith and Wesson, Glock, Springfield are all good pistols. A 380 in Sig, Ruger, Keltec and a miriad of others are good pistols.

I have a G-27 and a Ruger LCP that see a lot of carry.

Who makes the diamondback Todd?

That's the name of the company. Diamondback Arms, IIRC

Similar internals to the Glock pistols. Very simple and easy to take care of. Jacob's seems reliable, he's qualified with it 3 years and carries it off duty.

I guess I may need to give the .380 options a chance... I held this iver johnson pony a week or so ago and it has lead me to believe that I may find a small semi auto pistol I actually can feel comfortable with.

the little sig 380 may be an option but everything I've seen in 9mm just feels like I dont need to be shooting it.

Their (Diamondback) website says DO NOT use bullets higher than 124g or any specified as NATO or +p or +p+. Voids the warranty. I guess in a 9mm pistol with 6+1 rounds 11 ounces ain't bad!
